• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation windows, processing fees, and refund eligibility are determined entirely by the individual property owner’s policy at the time of booking. No-show policies and late arrival rules are enforced directly by the property management.
• Park Rules and Guest Conduct: Guests must abide by the specific site guidelines set by the property owner. Individual owners reserve the right to evict any guest violating their park rules without a refund.
• Liability and Property Damage: Individual property owners assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to a guest’s personal property, vehicles, or RV due to weather, utility surges, or vandalism. Guests assume full financial responsibility to the property owner for any damage caused to the physical site or park facilities.
